AT&T 4G LTE Review

4G LTE is short for 4th Generation Long Term Evolution Network, which offers faster mobile broadband than 3G coverage. Many mobile providers offer these plans to their customers. Whether you’re due for an upgrade or looking to switch providers, take a look at this to see what AT&T’s 4G LTE can provide you.

AT&T 4G LTE Coverage Area

The AT&T 4G LTE coverage area serves 35 major cities and provides service to 250 million customers. The network is quickly expanding. To get a better idea as to whether or not coverage is available in your area visit the AT&T 4G LTE coverage map. If you live in an area where 4G service is not yet available, then you will remain on either the 3G or 2G network, depending on what is available in your local area. You should not pay for the serivce upgrade since you will nto receive it. When the service makes it to your area, then you may want to consider the upgrade.

AT&T 4G LTE Pricing

AT&T has several different data plans and prices, depending on the device you will be using. The 3GB plan is 30/month, and the unlimited data plan is available for $50/month for 4G LTE phones. If you exceed more than 5GB a month, your speeds will be reduced until your next billing cycle. You could also opt for tiered plan if you want to keep your speeds the same, where you pay a certain amount for going over your monthly data usage.
