I have spent over three hours today trying to reach technical support for my Cox cable tv which has had no sound for 12 hours. The phone message states that if the sound is out to use the Cox automated trouble shooter to send a corrective signal to my box but no one says how to access this. Tried web search and google, nothing listed. Called technical support for my computer which also had problems and had that service person transfer me twice to cable support. Was disconnected or got the same "your call will be answered in the order received". I am not a happy customer!
